Each day, we engage in the meticulous process of ethically sourcing meat from animals raised in a regenerative environment, employing humane practices in animal management. This endeavor, while challenging, fuels our deep-seated passion. In pursuit of our vertically integrated, waste-free model, a dedicated team of 195+ individuals collaborates harmoniously to achieve a shared objective: nurturing our land and livestock.

Presently, we oversee the well-being of 12 species of animals, fostering symbiotic relationships among them. Our holistic land management transforms our grounds into a vibrant, organic medium teeming with life.

As a Zero-Waste farm, we offer the fruits of our labor, providing discerning consumers with meats and poultry procured on-site. The hides from our slaughtered cattle find purpose as pet chew rawhides or are expertly tanned to craft premium leather goods. Rendering down the fat from our cattle results in some of the purest tallow products available. Even the inedible viscera contributes to our commitment, composting to enrich our soil with organic matter.
